Travel Discounts

Air travel discounts have been negotiated with Continental Airlines and Southwest Airlines. Car rental discount is with Avis Rental Cars.

Continental Airlines
	The discount reference code for the conference is U6K25E and the Z code is ZKTB
	These discounts apply for travel between 28 May 2002 and 9 June 2002.

Basic Information You can save in one of three ways:
	5% off lowest applicable fare
	zone fares - intermediate fares that do not require a Saturday night layover
	10% off Y8/H8 unrestricted fares

Code Share Discounts and zone fares are not always available on code-share flights, so please check with Continental MeetingWorks first. Flights on America West Airlines and Northwest Airlines must be plated on Continental Airlines with the Continental Z code, *ZKTB*, to qualify for discounts when applicable.

	The Z code ZKTB should appear in the Tour Code Box, Ticket Designator Box and Fare Calculation Ladder. (Your travel agency will avoid additional charges (debit memos) by properly ticketing with the Z code).

Southwest Airlines

	These discounts apply for travel between 28 May 2002 and 9 June 2002.
	For more information, please contact Southwest Airlines Group and Meetings Reservations at 1-800-433-5368 between Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST.
Basic Information
	10% off most of already low fares.
	Attendees receive Rapid Rewards frequent flight credit for travel as with any other purchased ticket flown.
	Reservation changes are permitted per fare rules and availability, and Southwest does not impose service charges on changes. However, fare upgrades may apply when reservations are changed.
	Most fares do not require a Saturday night stayover.
Ticketing You or your travel agent may call Southwest Airlines Group and Meetings Reservations at 1-800-433-5368 and reference the assigned I.D. Code. Reservations Sales Agents are available 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, or 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Airport Transportation The Cleveland Hopkins Airport is 16 miles from University Circle, and is connected by Rapid transit. Please see Directions and Maps. Some taxis charge a $25 flat fee; other taxi companies charge by the meter, and will cost a little more.
