Rooms for the conference have been reserved at the Glidden House,  CWRU dormitories and the Clinic Guesthouse.  Space is limited, especially at the Glidden House, so we encourage you to make your reservations early.  After the reservations cut-off date, prices will be higher, and rooms will be subject to availability.  Mention the Statistics Workshop for the following discounted rates.

Glidden House
The Glidden House is a French gothic mansion built in 1910 and on the National Register of Historic Places.  All of its rooms have been recently redecorated and feature a private bath, in-room coffee maker, iron/ironing board and Victorian decor.  For more information,

The rate is $139 for a single room and $149 for a double room, plus taxes of 7.5%.  Buffet breakfast is included and parking is free for hotel guests.

CWRU Dormitories
The Hitchcock House is conveniently located in the North campus.  Rooms are comfortably outfitted with beds, dressers, desks, chairs, and phones, as well as linens, blankets, towels, hangers, and soap.  There is a common bath and lounge space.   Note that there is no air conditioning.

Availability is first come, first serve, so please book early;  fill out the housing form on their website.  Please indicate University Affiliation as Statistics Workshop and contact email as wksp@sun.stat.cwru.edu.

Parking will be available for guests at extra charge (about $8 flat fee for the few days) in parking lot 56.  Once you have made your request for dorm housing, you can contact wksp@sun.stat.cwru.edu to request a parking permit. 

Finally, once you are booked, check-in is at Wade Hall, 11451 Juniper Rd., though the entrance is on E. 115th St.  Here is a good interactive map.

Cleveland Clinic Guesthouse
The Clinic Guesthouse is an economical hotel located in the Cleveland Clinic area, a 15 minute walk from the Dively Center. 

We will be providing a shuttle service from the Guesthouse to Dively.  Please see shuttle times at the hotel.  We encourage you to take the shuttle, though should you prefer to walk, please read Safety.  Please see walking directions.

The rate is $95 for single or double, plus 7.5% tax.  Parking is free for hotel guests.
