IMS/ENAR 2000: Important dates

IMPORTANT DATES for IMS session organizers and speakers

May 15 - invited sessions information due to IMS program chair

session  title; session organizer and affiliation; 
a list of speakers with their affiliations  
and tentative titles of talks

May 25 - IMS program chair coordinates invited sessions with ENAR
Sept - abstract, registration and hotel forms available from ENAR
Nov 1 - nomination for a Student Award is due
Nov 15 - abstracts (contributed and invited) are due to ENAR online (IMS presenters check the IMS box there under "Scheduling") -- there is NO LONGER the need to submit abstracts to both ENAR and IMS as it was last year.
Dec 1 - applications for Workshop on Junior Researchers are due
Jan/Feb - final program available
Feb 10 - cutoff date for early bird registration
Feb 22 - cutoff date for hotel registration
